“Perfect”

The hotel and staff were extraordinary—definitely the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I arrived very late after delayed flights and a long drive, and they made everything easier with all the little touches, like checking if I needed dinner reservations and returning euros I’d left in my pocket without noticing. As a solo female traveler it was a wonderful experience, and the room was truly beautiful. If I could give them 11, I would.

“Magnifique hôtel en plein coeur du centre historique”

The hotel is brand‑new, with a calm vibe right in the historic center of Marsala. The staff were welcoming and respectful, and the room felt like a true 4‑star or better. It was the best place we stayed in during our 18‑day trip to Sicily. Breakfast was amazing, with high‑quality items and creative treats like salmon croissants and Normandie butter. The bed was comfortable, parking was nearby, and the rooftop pool was a bonus. If we’d known, we’d have stayed longer. Everything was absolutely perfect.

“Very modern, clean, high end hotel in central city location.”

The location is great, and breakfast is wonderful. The staff were helpful and kind, and the balcony door and windows were triple‑paned, keeping street noise out at night. However, the room had a strong cleaning scent that gave me a headache, so I had to air it out for a while. The modern design feels a bit cold and lacks artistic flair; I’d love to see some wall art.
