We felt right at home here! Breakfast was delicious with freshly made waffles and pancakes, and the pool was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, the market, and Ubud Palace, yet wonderfully quiet. You couldn’t ask for a better spot! What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. I broke my foot during the holiday, and they went above and beyond to help me. They even drove me to the hospital privately and for free, and Beny came inside with me to help with the registration. My friend and I received so much support during this difficult time, and we are incredibly grateful. A huge thank you to Beny and the entire team! You are such kind, caring, and genuine people who truly love what you do. Thank you for making me feel so safe and for allowing me to call the Best Western my home away from home. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud. We would absolutely stay here again! Everything was perfect, thank you!

A friendly and attentive staff, a quiet and centrally located property, and walking to the main tourist spots takes less than 15 minutes. Two supermarkets sit right across from the hotel and the breakfast is tasty and changes daily. The room wasn’t clean – it was dusty and the shower and several corners of the bathroom needed a thorough clean. On the day of departure we found a cockroach in the room, but the staff handled it immediately and offered a cleaning. Currently, construction work is happening at the pool.

The place is good and varied, and there’s a market nearby. The breakfast options for Arabs aren’t diverse; we only ate eggs.
