The patio isn’t private; the photo makes it look like yours, but the owner lives just 4 m away, has an exit door, and three windows overlooking the patio. It smells damp. The cleaning was awful: the shower tray was broken, there were cracks in the walls, some tiles were bulging, and there was mold. Towels were already grey instead of white and dirty. The table chair was so filthy it smelled bad, so we had to put something on top to avoid touching it – it was disgusting. The owner is nice, but that doesn’t fix the mess.
