The owner was amazing, and I especially appreciated her attempts to speak English and show us around; the room was large, comfortable, super clean, and modern, and the view from our room was breathtaking—definitely a place I’d like to return to.

What struck us most was Maria Luisa’s warm hospitality; the property sits in a very quiet, relaxing spot far from city noise, is modern, and if you want a bit of relaxation amid greenery there’s a pool overlooking a wonderful panorama—highly recommended for anyone needing to unplug and be in harmony with nature.

The host was helpful, the bed comfortable, the bathroom fine, and the room spacious. The idea of a breakfast‑plus at €15 per room with cakes and jam was good, but we couldn’t get a cappuccino. For the price paid, the pool’s medium size and the fact that we chose it for quietness mean it should be reserved only for overnight guests or at least clearly marked as daily entry; nobody monitors helmet use or forbids sunscreen that inevitably ends up in the water. A shower or at least a footbath should be added to prevent people from diving straight in. In the bathroom the hair dryer feels more like a toy than a real hair dryer. At night there’s no one at the property except guests, and the entrance gate stays open. There are frequent power fluctuations on the electrical line in the evening.

Everything was perfect! The farmhouse is in a charming spot, very picturesque among the olive trees, and the staff is simply fantastic—definitely coming back.
