Everything was in good condition, the owner's friendliness made life easier, close to the basilica and points of interest. The facilities are old but functional and comfortable.

The owner was very friendly and we had a pleasant conversation. The room and the hotel itself were clean. It takes 12 minutes on foot to reach Sanctuary and only 5 minutes to the start of the Cross trail.

I was charged a 12‑Euro fee that was not mentioned beforehand and I found it unfair. After arguing, the response was that it was mandatory and I could only enter after paying.
