I was greeted warmly, and this is my third stay here, so I'll come back whenever I can. The location and staff were a bit lacking.

The place was well situated, with easy access to both the beach road and the second road. The staff were polite and friendly. There was no gym in the building, but we could use the gym at the nearby chain hotel in front. The Wi‑Fi was slow. I learned after booking that the key was not a card; the key‑holder was large and inconvenient, so I had to drop it at the front each time I went out, which was a hassle.

It’s a nice 3‑star hotel with a clean room and professional, friendly staff. It’s only a few hundred metres from Beach Road and the Wi‑Fi is good. The room lacks an iron, and the shower head is so high that the water splashes overhead, which is uncomfortable for a 6‑foot‑tall person.

Pros: nice hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly and professional staff, cafes and bars about a 5 minute walk away. Cons: no ironing facilities in room.
