Luca’s welcome was exceptional! He speaks French almost perfectly and gives you information about the tourist stay. The bedding was high quality. The location near the train station is ideal. Nothing to add.

The location was great, close to the station. The room and bathroom were spacious. The room had a kettle and the staff would bring extra coffee pods on request. The breakfast was very plain for a Finnish taste.

The proximity to the terminal and the commercial area of Spezia. The bed was not comfortable. I suggest checking the condition of mattresses and pillows.

We liked the spot 100 m from the station, 20 min max to the fun port, and the staff who responded quickly and efficiently.
