Fantastic place, perfect for those who want a quiet break in a beautiful spot right on the ocean. All the entertainment and shopping options are just a short walk away. The host was lovely and responsive, thanks to her for the flexible check‑out. The room was very spacious, with a large terrace, and the first‑floor café offered tasty food. I’ll definitely visit again! Everything was great!

Everything was great. This was my second visit to Sundown and I’ll definitely return. I did find it extremely cheap to be charged for the Nespresso coffee capsules that were in the room (I didn’t ask for them) and used them thinking they were part of the room facilities. Either remove them from the room or don’t charge at all.

Right on the beach, my Reef room was huge, had nice décor, and the balcony with that view was spectacular. The restaurant below operates separately but they collaborate for an unbelievable experience. The staff always anticipated what I needed; as a solo traveller I felt at ease chatting with locals and other guests, creating a very relaxed vibe. Station 3 is exactly where you want to be. There wasn’t much to complain about – it was such a great room and location.

This accommodation is truly unique. The location in Stadium 3 is great! Very quiet, right on the beach but not far from the bustle. From there it takes about 15 minutes to reach the heart of Section 2. It’s about 25‑30 minutes along the beach to D‑Mall. The hotel has its own restaurant/bar where you can also eat Austrian food, but they also serve local dishes, which are very good! The breakfast is also recommended. They provide free daily supplies and there’s a laundry service just around the corner at a fair price. You get free water in the room every day and beach towels are also available. We extended our stay spontaneously for 3 days and it was no problem at all. The entire hotel staff is friendly and helpful! Every request was assisted.
