Location. Staff

Price of parking! I had to go back and forth to meetings several times a day and having to pay each time I left was very inconvenient

It’s in a convenient location especially if you’re traveling and planning to use the cta to get around the city. The breakfast pancakes are to die for, they literally melted in my mouth 10/10. Staff, when checking in the desk agent asked us why we were staying there and I said for a concert. He then proceeded to say that I couldn’t afford downtown hotel prices, which is weird to say
