The room was very spacious and clean, and the town was cute, so we enjoyed an evening walk. Parking was inadequate, and when we arrived in the dark it was hard to find the lobby; it should be on the first floor or at least have better directions. We went down to check out at 6:30 am and no one was there to help. A sign on a touch‑screen pad directed us to call the next door Hampton Inn, which felt like poor customer service. My daughter asked for fresh towels, but two hours later there were still none; I had to get them myself from the cleaning staff, who apparently hadn’t been told to bring them to her. Each room should have at least four sets of towels because some guests, like us, shower in the morning and again at night.

It’s a great location, but our room smelled like dirty socks and there was pee on the floor in front of the toilet.
