The location and the communal kitchen were fine. The room (standard) faced the street and was small; there was only one towel per person; the room and the kitchen were damp; drain flies were in the kitchen and bathroom; during the multi‑day stay there was no on‑site contact person; contact was only via Booking.

Quiet neighbourhood, but close to the historic centre. Lovely place with art and you can feel that the owner is thoughtful and has a great taste!

The bed was comfy, the AC was nice, and the room was clean and spacious. The toilet kept running nonstop, making it hard to drown out at night, and although the staff were lovely, all the signs said there was breakfast when there wasn’t; for instance, a sign in the room told me to ask at breakfast for refreshed towels, but there was no breakfast to ask at.

The bed, pillows, and towels were amazing, and the location is great. The acoustics were terrible: I was in the first room after the front door, so every time someone came in I could hear them all night, and the same happened in the morning with all the chatting. That was my only complaint; everything else was great!

The stay was amazing! The room was very comfortable and a common kitchen and garden were available downstairs. It is very clean and the owner responds really quickly! The location is perfect. It is very calm but at 10‑15 mins to the major streets.
