“We left after 5 mins and didn't get a dime back. I'd rather sleep in my car. Horrifying.”

Nothing, zero, nada, zilch. This is by far the most disgusting environment to call a motel room anyone has ever seen. Under no circumstances should anyone stay here unless you want scabies and nightmares. The staff basically laughed when we went to our room knowing what we were about to experience, and then wouldn't give any money back because we booked with booking .com Then told us not to do that in the future if we wanted our money back. This shouldn't even be an option on the website

“Never again”

Good location. The sink never drained. The outlet between the beds hung loose out of the wall. The hairdryer didn’t work. When I complained in the morning, the manager said I should have asked for a different room. We were already settled in and did feel like repacking everything up. My question is, in a hotel with only five cars in the parking lot, why didn’t they check to be sure the room they gave us was ok

The host was friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and easy. The room was clean. It was just what we needed after 12 hrs on the road . A safe inexpensive place to sleep . Nothing really. Got what we expected from a 2 star hotel

Receptionist was polite. No bed bugs. Very dirty room. Towels were questionable on cleanliness

Easy of Access. The front desk staff was amazing. Nothing exactly what I was looking for
