The AC didn’t work, so we couldn’t sleep all night; insects were everywhere, giant spiders roamed around, the pool was dirty, there was no permanent front desk, and when we asked for breakfast early at 8 am there was no one there, forcing us to leave without breakfast. I’m reluctant to write this, but this is what happened.

The beach was pretty, and the people were friendly, but the shower didn’t work very well and the pool didn’t have enough water.

The welcome was excellent, with staff who were available and proactive, and the location was great, quiet and peaceful, yet the breakfast was sparse.

The view was great, but the service was poor during the low season.

The location is fantastic, but the mosquitoes were a seasonal nuisance; food choices were limited, which is understandable at the end of the season, and the manager went out of his way to make us comfortable.
