Convenient for Versailles palace. No food options

The location to Versailles and the train station was fine. The AC in the room didn’t work properly; my husband had to clean the filter to try to get it to work. The staff offered us another room, but the AC there didn’t work either. According to the staff, the whole 5th floor had no rooms with working AC. We were on the 3rd floor and the other room was on the 2nd. They gave us a fan to help with the situation.

The comfort of the bedding and the soundproofing were good. There was no kettle in the room for herbal teas.

The room was private and quiet, clean, and the breakfast was generous. The lack of a bidet is expected in France, though the bathroom itself is very small.
