We found the hotel hard to locate, and even after getting inside, navigating to our room was confusing. The elevator was very old, the room itself was small, and the bathroom was dirty when we arrived. Service added to the frustration: the person downstairs was rude, impatient, and aggressive in his tone, while the staff member upstairs didn’t help with our luggage and seemed rushed whenever we asked for assistance or information. The combination of poor cleanliness, difficult access, and unfriendly staff made the stay unpleasant, and I would not recommend this place.

The location is great, only 2 minutes to the metro and 2–3 minutes to Piazza Duomo, and the area feels safe.
