“Neighbors have very poor opinion of hotel.”

We landed by boat and booked on the spot, asking for a late check‑in after their usual time. They replied it was possible, but when we got there, nobody was on the premises. The phone number in the email was wrong, and the reservation line kept ringing with no answer to calls, emails, texts, or voicemails. Other nearby hotels say this is normal for them, and they have a bad reputation. We ended up paying an extra $600. Don’t book if you’re going to leave guests hanging.

“10/10 location and charm - perfect for traveling couples”

The spot is spot‑on, especially if you snag a room with a veranda. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only gripe was that breakfast was extra—this is a bed‑and‑breakfast, so it felt odd to pay for it. They also had no breakfast menu; just an omelet, bacon, and toast, maybe because they’re still under construction. I still recommend it!

“I can sum up in one word, which is disappointing”

The location is the only thing that works. It’s marketed as a bed‑and‑breakfast, but there was no breakfast. No staff were on site except someone in a driveway who checked you in the first day. The lobby was corded off. I booked a superior room advertised as a ground‑level king with a sofa and two wing chairs, but there was no sofa, no wing chairs, and it was actually on the second floor with no view. It felt more like a hostel. Avoid the false advertising.

“Excellent locatin”

Great location and solid value, though no breakfast was offered, which wasn’t a big deal. Unfortunately, no staff were available to fix any problems that came up.
