“We’re down to stay 4 nights but left after 1 staff didn’t ask why we leaving just kept saying no refund no refund we st”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a letdown from the start. The room I was given was moldy and had a strong smell, which made it difficult to relax. To make matters worse, the pool was green, and I was booked into a room with two single beds instead of a queen-sized bed. I also had to deal with the inconvenience of not having hot water, which made my stay even more unpleasant. Overall, the experience was not what I had hoped for, and I left feeling disappointed.

“Beds felt like they were made of marble. Pool was nice”

While I enjoyed the clean and well-maintained pool, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. The beds in the room were incredibly firm, to the point where I felt like I was sleeping on concrete. I also felt that the restaurant food was overpriced for its quality, and I was shocked when I was charged for a small cup of coffee after asking the front desk if I could have one while waiting for a taxi.

“Extremely deceiving”
