The property looks nice, but I’m worried about how they bill. I’m unhappy because I’m being charged twice for a single‑night stay, with four separate charges on my bill.

The location is good, though there are two Residence Inns and a taxi driver initially took us to the wrong one, so be careful. The room was spacious, breakfast was good, and the kitchen was well stocked. The shower was temperamental and often didn’t get warm enough, and the fold‑out sofa bed was unusable—an uncomfortable mattress with springs poking through. The room looked a bit tired and old.

The hotel is very well situated near the metro, the staff are attentive, and breakfast is decent. However, the air conditioning is noisy, the bed is in front of the kitchenette, and the refrigerator makes an annoying noise. When we arrived, the room’s cleanliness was lacking—there were hairs in the bed.
