We booked a family room for five during a July heatwave, supposedly with floor‑cooling that couldn’t be adjusted, and the floor was wet. The hotel only offered a small fan, and the room stayed at 31°. We’re still waiting for a goodwill gesture after several returns. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially in summer; being on the floor, we couldn’t open the window more than 10 cm, so the air was barely enough and the teens had to sleep in the car, which was better than a 150 € room that night. The staff were unhelpful and the overall professionalism was lacking.

The parking was convenient, the staff friendly, and the access was easy. The lighting was mediocre, the TV volume too low, the bedding uncomfortable, and there was no blanket. The shower floor was slippery, so extra caution was needed.
