“Terrible staff and amenities. Not as advertised”

The place was only good for sleeping. The walls, carpets, and bathroom were filthy. The coffee machine in the room was dirty from the previous guest, still with coffee inside. Almost every lamp had a broken lampshade. The remote in the room was not the correct one for the TV. There was no coffee in the breakfast room; another guest had to make it. The waffle mix dispenser didn’t work, the sausages were disgusting, and the bread was stale. Everyone had to leave the hotel to eat breakfast elsewhere. I would not stay again.

There was absolutely nothing besides the location, never once. They didn’t clean my room when I hung the tag on the door, and I never got breakfast because I left work at five or six, got up at five, left at six, but you couldn’t get breakfast until seven. They say there are vending machines, which is a lie – they don’t have vending machines – and for the price I paid, yeah, I’ll never go back. The location was the only thing.

“It was definitely the location that was perfect for our venue.I was disappointed with booking.com”

The breakfast was limited for cereal choices and there were many bread products, but no muffins, and no fruit choices but apples. Individual milk cartons are much preferred to large pouring containers. The room furniture inside the drawers was damaged and should be replaced. More pillows in the rooms. I was upset with how booking .ocm withdrew my balance due 2 days before arrival and that the lodging did not do there own payments

The room was spacious with a king bed, fridge, microwave, and an indoor pool; the staff were excellent.
