“Great hotel and very friendly staff”
The hotel was very hygienic and the bed was comfortable, but the location was a problem – my room faced a very busy street, so it was too noisy.

The location is great – Medina and many sights are within walking distance – the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast is very good, and the balcony offers a view of the big cathedral and Medina. The rooms are a bit small and there was no desk in mine.

The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt fresh, but parking was a bit difficult; with Zaid’s help we managed it.
