The room was spacious and in a great spot, just a 15‑minute walk to The Loop where supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. However, housekeeping never came for two days as promised, so I had to keep asking for a clean. Even though a $50 credit was issued for the bar/restaurant, I still had to chase that up. The front desk and housekeeping need to pay closer attention and follow their own procedures.

The place is in a great spot near River Walk and Navy Pier, spotless, and my room was roomy and comfy. I didn’t like having to leave and come back home.🤣
