Our room was cancelled, so we had to scramble to find alternative lodging. We received no advance warning. Our trust in this service has been diminished.

Breakfast was overcooked and our toilet wouldn’t flush the entire stay.

“Altogether very satisfactory.”

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were some of the best I’ve had. The room was huge, set up for an extended stay even though we only booked one night, and the hotel sits next to a strip mall with several restaurants, so we could walk out for dinner. I would have chosen a cheaper place without extended‑stay amenities if I’d known this earlier. I also had to ask the desk for ice because there was no machine nearby.

“The only reason I didn’t rate this property worse is because the manager was very nice and ultimately did refund me due”

The staff were friendly. The room was very dirty—floors were filthy, the bedding area was unclean, the walls were dirty, and the entry door…etc.
