The staff were polite, and the location was close to the Vishwanath temple.

The accommodation was the best, with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff behaved well, and the cleaning was excellent for the stay.

After a long flight and an hour stuck in traffic in Varanasi, I arrived at the hotel only to be told by a vague receptionist that they had only one spot for a woman, and he offered me a hostel room even though I had booked a hotel a month in advance. The service and the place are awful; I would not recommend it.
