The stay was average; while the service and facilities didn’t fully satisfy me, they were tolerable. The room was tiny, and when I chose eco‑cleaning the staff only took out the trash and did a light bed‑making, never replacing the used tea cup; the air‑conditioner was set too cold with no adjustment option, and the service felt very scripted.

Being near the station made getting around easy, and the shuttle from the airport dropped you off right at the train stop. However, the unit bathroom and toilet were cramped—hardly suitable for someone who’s 180 cm tall.

The hotel is conveniently close to the station and the staff were helpful, but the room temperature was low and chilly, and although tea bags were provided, there was no coffee, which was disappointing.

The room was dim to the point that I couldn’t read anything; there was no desk lamp and not even a bedside lamp. It was also freezing inside, and because I couldn’t adjust the temperature I just turned off the fan, which didn’t warm the space at all, so I spent the night in a colder room than outside. When the TV wouldn’t turn on, I tried to call the front desk but the phone was disabled, probably because a cable had been pulled out behind the wall. A short hair was stuck in the bathtub and the sink (it wasn’t mine). The only slippers offered were not disinfected and there were no disposable options. The duvet was just a sheet folded between the covers, so if you move around the sheet can fly off and the blanket ends up directly on you, which raises hygiene concerns. Not suitable for a business hotel.

The location is a stone’s throw from the station and the surrounding area is packed with restaurants, convenience stores and a drugstore. The self‑service cloakroom before check‑in and after check‑out was incredibly handy, with no waiting at all. On the downside, the air‑conditioning in the room was hard to fine‑tune and water dripped from it. Also, the placement of the power sockets and the mirror felt oddly mismatched.
