The location is truly wonderful, the lodge’s vibe is beautiful, cozy, and spacious. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, nothing fancy, but they meet the needs well, offering good value for money. The only real drawback was breakfast; it seemed the lodge hadn’t prepared for the holiday rush, leaving the spread very weak and lacking everything—coffee, bread, cups, mugs—there was only one person in the kitchen to cook, clean tables, and restock, so we were poorly served.

Breakfast was solid, but the place turned out to be an old mansion instead of the chalets shown online. The room had a strong sewage smell and the cleaning left a lot to be desired.

The spot is perfect—just two blocks from restaurants and bars. The room, though, was underwhelming: the AC dripped and made noise, the TV had no channels, and the balcony furniture was dirty. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the kitchen lady was a delight.
