Parrotel Lagoon Waterpark Resort

We had a wonderful time at this hotel with our family and are very happy with our stay! The entertainment was fantastic, and the animation team was full of energy and always knew how to create a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and all the hotel staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks go to Mahmood at the reception, who was always ready to help, very polite, and professional. No matter the situation, we could always count on him. He always did his best to find a solution and made us feel truly welcome. People like him definitely deserve special recognition! ❤️

The hotel staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Marwan who assisted me with the room issues and view. I had chosen a pool‑view double bed room and paid a higher price for it, yet when I received the room I found two separate beds and a side view. I spent a day in a room that was less than what I had requested and paid more before the issue was corrected the next day.

I liked the atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming. It was amazing how they remembered who you were. The pool facilities and the aqua park were a lot of fun for the kids. The transfer from different places was very easy and hassle‑free. I love the staff at the reception, especially Mahmood and Marwan, who were very helpful and on point with everything. Thank you for a lovely holiday. The food didn’t have much chicken variety and I would have preferred more pasta and pizza options; otherwise everything else was amazing.
