No lift in the property, and the air‑conditioner was very slow, taking a long time to cool the room every time you come back.

The beach front spot is spot on and the staff were great, though there’s no lift and the stairs keep you moving 😃

The staff were diligent, helpful, and polite, and the venue offered decent, tasty meals; the rooms were clean and the location was ideal for navigation. I didn’t like the street vendors directly outside the venue attracting the Soi Dogs, and the balcony view was blocked by wiring, giving a sense of false advertising.
