I didn’t like the hotel at all: the staff were unhelpful, they cancelled reservations made months ahead and the worst part was being told on the day of arrival that the reservation couldn’t be guaranteed because of a “change of management.” The staff offered no solution, only “contact the app support.”

The room is recommended; make your requests through a platform – Booking has helped me travel many times and avoids the hassle of not being attended upon arrival.
