It was close to the Keystone show, but the ice machines were down, the vending machines didn’t work, and the pull‑out couch had a stained mattress.

The lobby was very dark, the desk couldn’t give me change when I tried to pay in cash, the room needed updating, the bed was very uncomfortable, there were no do‑not‑disturb signs for the door, and the card reader at the room door worked but was damaged.
