The hotel sits in a central spot with all major attractions within a pleasant walking distance, the receptionists were welcoming and offered wallet parking, and the upper terrace gives a great view of Nashville. I loved the ladies at the egg/waffle station during breakfast; they were patient and did a great job. However, the breakfast buffet felt rushed and lacking detail, with no clear leadership—staff were just busy cleaning and refilling. The restaurant itself lacked charm and the food quality seemed low, especially the jam, which felt more like a fruit jelly than real jam.

I adore the breakfast and happy hour, the place is always spotless, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are very friendly. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Broadway. I stay here every time I visit Nashville and highly recommend it! – Michele. The pool is small, but I don’t plan to swim there anyway.
