Convenient to work, the rooms were fine, the chicken Caesar salad was tasty, yet the bed often lacks a nearby outlet for charging.

The staff were friendly and the location was good, but the bathroom ceiling had mould, the bath taps were loose, the bed was hard, and the TV was small.

The bed was very comfortable, the sheets and towels were high quality, the bathroom was clean, and the kettle and tea/coffee supplies were plentiful; breakfast was good and the dinner options were tasty and nicely presented, while the bar had ample seating even during events and parking was plentiful. However, the bathroom fan didn't work even after switching the isolator on, leading to black mould on the ceiling and a slightly damp, cold bedroom; the bedroom walls and radiator had grubby marks, communal carpets and paint needed a deep clean, and the breakfast tea/coffee was served in “help yourself” flasks instead of freshly brewed, so it wasn’t hot or high quality.
