The staff were very friendly, but the accommodation wasn’t cleaned or ventilated before we arrived; it’s a shame that such a beautiful, original place that families could enjoy isn’t better maintained. The pools and surroundings deserve a 10, but the rooms lacked some cleaning and would have been perfect otherwise. Lack of cleanliness and preparation for a family visit.

The yurt was novel. There were many rundown or empty spaces, and we could only use the pool the next day at 12 pm.

The site was listed as open, but it’s actually closed for the season.

The Bulgarian tent was quirky, the beds were comfy and the place well equipped, yet the Wi‑Fi was very weak and data coverage almost nonexistent, and everything felt damp and cold with three radiators that barely kept warm.
