The staff were fantastic and the facilities were great; the hotel stayed clean and the location was easy to reach. However, they overcharged me on arrival and didn’t correct it until after I got back home. They fixed the issue, but being 1500 miles from home on vacation, being overcharged several hundred dollars could have ruined a family’s trip.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with nice beds. We enjoyed the breakfast and the gym, and the staff was great! We would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean, the location suited my needs, and the complimentary breakfast was nice. I don’t appreciate paying double the normal price because of the amount of events in town last weekend; I booked six months prior and found it unacceptably expensive.
