The only good thing about staying here was the staff who tried their best to give a good experience even though the system was broken and did not offer the experience that is anticipated of almost paying 7k. There was no cleanliness. Even when the staff tried, the washroom was very untidy and made me very uncomfortable as a woman

The front desk staff helped me arrange a taxi when the app kept failing to locate one—really handy service.
