I was told to pay at the counter, no payment required when booking, yet on the day a small mishap occurred and they still charged my card twice; I requested a refund but never received it, so why not just give me my money back since no payment was needed and no withdrawal fee was applied?

The hotel staff are friendly and housekeeping is good—keep it up. It’s a little far from town, but that was fine since I was just doing EECT at the end of the building.
