“It was ok for an over night.”

The elevator was out of service, forcing us to haul all our luggage up the stairs. The gym was cramped, and the laundry room was a hassle because it only had one washer and one dryer, so people were queued to use it.

The facility was spotless and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My flight was delayed, I missed my luggage, and I had to drive from Orlando at 3 am; when I arrived, the front‑desk lady was very kind and offered a late check‑out so we could rest. She also provided the toiletries we needed since we had no luggage. We ate breakfast before heading to our room to relax. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and made sure guests maintained cleanliness. A young woman was refilling her personal water bottle, but the spout of the water dispenser jammed into her bottle’s opening; a staff member politely asked her to use a cup, cleaned the spout, and let her continue refilling her water.
