Wilque Hotel Hanoi

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a clean and conveniently located room. The staff were friendly and spoke great English, particularly Tien, who went out of his way to help me with a bus ticket issue and returned a lost item. However, I did experience some disruptions due to the fire alarm going off after hot showers, which sometimes woke me up in the middle of the night.

I was pleased with my stay at this hotel, but there were a few trade-offs. The common areas were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I appreciated the free laundry facilities and kitchenette on each floor. However, my room was a bit small, which was a drawback. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others, but be aware that the rooms may be a bit cozy.

“噪音问题较大，其他方面挺好”

I was impressed with the hotel's convenient location, right in the heart of the old city area, making it perfect for city walks. However, I was woken up multiple times by loud noises that sounded like machinery starting up in the middle of the night. The room's door insulation was also quite poor, and I could hear people walking outside clearly.

I was underwhelmed by my stay, which felt overpriced for the small room and limited space. The hotel described it as a higher-class room, but it didn't live up to expectations, especially considering that breakfast wasn't included in the booking. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially considering I was a northerner visiting the south and returning to Hanoi. They provided excellent service, and the room was clean and safe. The location was also beautiful, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked when I tried to extend my stay, which was a bit of a disappointment.
