The food was great, the balcony view was great, the staff behavior was excellent, and they gave special attention to customer requests; I was fully satisfied. Nothing I didn't like.

The place is great, especially the location and the friendly, helpful staff. I did notice a slight delay with the food service, but otherwise everything was fantastic.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, and I could order home‑cooked meals if I wanted. The hotel is a bit far from Naini Lake, and the large rooms come at a higher price; the food also felt a little pricey.
