The location was perfect for a one‑night stop on the Three Villages trek, and Host Maurizio was extremely helpful and caring; the apartment had all the essentials for a cozy break, though the bathroom was small and lacked a bidet, and the décor and structure felt dated yet still worked well.

The spot, the house, and the owner, who is very kind and helpful, were all great, but I would have liked more attention to the cleanliness of a few items.

The house sits right in the middle of a charming historic town; the rooms are very clean and comfortably furnished, and everything you need can be found in town. Getting to Rome or the sea is quick, and the nearby lakes are worth seeing. The local museum and hiking trails are highly recommended, and our host supplied all the information we needed, making us feel well taken care of.

Everything was amazing 😍 we arrived by bike 🚴 from the Etruria Cycle Path 🚴, and Mr. Maurizio’s willingness and kindness were outstanding; the village is a treasure trove of history, highly recommended.
