Nothing positive. Everything was negative.
“Avoid the price is down to appalling customer service.”
It looked nice, but after completing the online check‑in I was told I’d get instructions by email, which never arrived. Waiting for those instructions delayed everything and I ended up sleeping in my car because I couldn’t stay. I rang the host multiple times last night with no answer, and when I called today she was aggressive and unhelpful, repeating her terms and conditions instead of explaining why the promised instructions never came.
The air was heavy and the corridors smelled foul. The carpet was heavily stained and the floorboards creaked loudly when walking through the passage. The self‑service model was fine, but the proactive help from the gentleman on the phone was lacking.
“Not impressed.”
The room was clean, but when I called for help after hours the staff refused to assist, saying it was outside office hours. I felt insulted that they would just tell me that and not try to help, especially when I was in distress. They gave no information and simply said it was off work hours, which left me feeling abandoned.
“THE CRACK HOUSE”
The bed was decent, but getting in required a million hoops. The place was noisy with guests arguing, and I even found a knife in my room. It felt like a front for criminal organisations and I felt unsafe, so I would never stay here again. It cost 53 quid, which was a joke.
