“I love”
The location is solid and the staff were friendly, but the swimming pool left something to be desired.
“Nice people, good enough accommodations for a short stay.”
The staff were kind, helpful, and patient, but the room had an odd smell, the shower head leaked, and the TV remote wouldn’t turn the TV on.
The location works, but despite the non‑smoking designation, people were smoking, the place smelled, and a remodel is clearly needed.

Customer service was excellent and breakfast was good, yet the bathroom needed an upgrade— the bathtub was slippery and I nearly fell, and the hot water took a long time to arrive.
The staff could have been much more pleasant and provided accurate information; their poor customer service cost me a booking.
