The keyless entry worked well, but the sink was a bit clogged and the kettle that came with the room didn’t function; the room itself was small yet tolerable.

The room was tidy, with enough tissue and hand soap, and it felt cozy; the 5‑hour day‑use option was appealing. I disliked the self‑check‑in process—too many steps and tedious—and there was a staff member apparently hired to monitor guests’ check‑in. For loft rooms, the stairs lack anti‑slip features, are narrow, and the handrail is ineffective for maintaining balance when going up or down.
