The place was clean, and surprisingly the pull‑out couch had a mattress—something I’ve never seen at a country inn. The hot tub was broken and the pool felt cold.

The yogurt and fruit at breakfast were nice. I booked a one‑bedroom suite, yet because I had a service dog we were moved to a standard queen room. I explained to the front‑desk clerk that service dogs are treated like medical equipment and cannot be restricted; this restriction was unacceptable. I intend to file an ADA complaint once we return home. I never got a refund for the price difference between the suite and the queen room, and I won’t return. The hot tub was out of order and the “heated” pool was cold. The room had a garlic odor, and the exit door started slamming at 3:30 am and never stopped.
