“Tolles Zimmer, Hotel wirbt aber mit nicht eingehaltenen Attributen”
The room was excellent, the beds superb, the balcony great, and the bathroom stylish. The breakfast buffet was generous, especially with many options. The staff in the wellness area and the restaurant were friendly, and parking was free. However, some promised amenities were defective or only available for an extra fee—only one of the whirlpool jets worked and it was unreliable; the kitchenette had to be “unlocked” for 190 CHF, so there was no bottle opener, corkscrew, or trash can. The elevator didn’t work, and nothing changed during the week—waiting times in front of it doubled. The receptionist clearly didn’t know how the hotel was organized; she couldn’t find the booking, couldn’t email the guest cards, and didn’t know the correct fees for parking and wellness. The lake view was possible, but the view was dominated by the sports field and the skyscrapers behind it.
