The AC made a horrible racket, woke up to a shower with only lukewarm water that barely flowed, the stall was slick and slippery—never coming back.

The location was good and the lobby had plenty of open seating for socialising, but the rooms were outdated, the AC didn’t work, the shower rod was hanging off the wall, the shower head stopped working after the first day, we only had half a roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex, and the bedding was stained.
