The staff were amazing, providing excellent service and being very friendly and helpful.
The food was truly exceptional, and the pool area was clean and well-maintained.
I was blown away by how spotless, clean, and smart this hotel was - everything was organized and ran like clockwork.
The hotel's location was also ideal, with beautiful Alcudia beach and Playa de Muro nearby.

Clean and spacious rooms with a large balcony. It is unacceptable to pay 300 € for a night and not have shower gel and hand soap for three days… I paid extra for a room with a view of the pool and received a room from which the pool cannot be seen.

We had an excellent stay at Hôtel Astoria Playa and leave with an extremely positive impression. First of all, a big thank you to the entire staff, whatever the service: reception, dining, maintenance… Everywhere we met professional, available, smiling, and caring people. This is really one of the strengths of the establishment. Cleanliness is impeccable, both in the rooms and in the common areas. We chose half-board and were especially satisfied: the dinner buffet is varied, high quality, and very well presented. The same applies to breakfast, very complete and excellent. There is really something for everyone. The whole hotel is very pleasant and the services are of an excellent level. If there were still a small point to improve, it might be the bedding, which, in our opinion, is not quite at the same level as the overall excellence of the establishment. However, this remains a detail in view of the overall quality of our stay. We will keep a very good memory of Astoria Playa and will return with great pleasure. A big thank you to the whole team!

The club and the restaurant (evening buffet) were great, but the soundproofing was lacking with traffic noise outside. Every room was all white and bland, feeling impersonal. Water access was limited to just two small bottles per day per room, and there were no water fountains on any floor. The room furniture, like the IKEA wardrobe, was very low‑quality.
