Our stay at the hotel was marred by poor communication and unexpected additional charges. The night shift staff left us waiting at the door for an excessively long time. The experience was frustrating and left a negative impression.

The hotel's location was a major advantage, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by the noise and disruptions we experienced during our stay. The constant noise from other guests and external sources made it difficult for us to rest.
