The location was great, close to everything in the old town, and the room was very spacious and cleaned daily with breakfast and water; however, there was no reception, so checking in was confusing—we waited a while trying to contact them, and the building had two flights of stairs and occasional outside noise.

I love the location and the room size—amazing size! I didn't like that they don't offer an option to skip room cleaning; otherwise, everything is fine.

I liked the location, but unfortunately two unforeseen incidents happened during the stay: first, our room was next to a party and we couldn't sleep, so on the second day we were moved to a different room, which was great; then, on the following night I realized I had left my clothes in the previous room, and when I checked it, there was nothing—this is impossible because I was wearing those clothes, and I searched my suitcase for them, but they were gone. This was a disappointment; in years of traveling, this has never happened to me—missing clothes! Also, the breakfasts were always delayed.

The hotel has a good location. The guy working at the reception did everything possible to make us comfortable—huge thanks—and the female manager was always in touch with us. Everything was clean, the room had everything needed, and I highly recommend it.
