The staff worked hard to do what they could. The facilities were uninhabitable for a hotel, especially considering how cheap it was supposed to be. Both rooms had bathrooms with a black, frost‑covered ceiling, and the sink and toilet water leaked into the shower tray, dirty and left unattended. No hot water. The rooms were totally deteriorated, with broken windows, hinges that could close, broken door locks, and so on. There was also a plague of ants, cockroaches, and other reptiles that the hotel staff tried to kill with glass cleaner. Breakfast was poor. We endured one night and decided to cancel the rest of the stay. They offered other rooms, but all were in a state of neglect. We are travelers who stay in hostels and other simple accommodations. This place was a step above, especially when traveling with daughters. I don't know how booking can list such accommodations on their site without checking them first.

A warm welcome and stellar customer service greeted me, and the room was spotless with fresh, fragrant bedsheets; the staff were incredibly helpful.
